The check-in process was efficient, and the location was great, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining options, including a nearby Tropical Smoothie Cafe for tea or coffee.

The staff are helpful, managed the parking onsite.

The accommodation had a central setting for easy access to the beach. We enjoyed having tea and goodies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, located just 1 mile from the hotel. Our 4-night stay in the queen room was comfortable and the room had a decent size. The private bathroom was a nice touch.

I didn't like that Booked.net charged $500.00 more than if I had booked it directly by phone at the hotel. I feel that that is a rip off, I will never go through Booked.net again.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. I like the complimentary breakfast, especially the waffles.

The room felt very clammy, even with the air conditioning running for a while. It was never warm in the room, but even the carpet felt sticky. Maybe it was because there wasn't a fan in the bathroom.

Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities offered at this hotel. The rooms were well-maintained and even had a jacuzzi and a comfy bed. The breakfast provided was also delicious and provided a great start to my day.

Checked in and was told the pool wasn't working. Was told we could cancel our reservation. The desk clerk was arrogant and when I ask about a discount, I was told I could go somewhere else. All hotels were booked in the area
